Olanike A. Mensah

Stewarding Founder, Mosaic Consulting

Olanike is a workplace equity strategist experienced in applying an anti-oppression lens to all aspects of workplace management. She has applied her organizational development and leadership skills in both the non-profit and business/ corporate sectors, spending 20 years leading local, national, and international organizations. Her experiences working in various industries (education/ tech/ financial services/ hospitality and more) and living on two continents give her a unique, global lens that enriches her perspective.

Olanike founded Mosaic Consulting to offer advising, training, and consulting to individuals and institutions seeking transformation. She partners with clients to achieve greater equity via diversity and inclusion (EvDI TM) strategies that attract, nurture, retain, and promote a vibrant mosaic of talented people.

A TEDx speaker, her talk titled ‘The Big White Lie’, can be found on the TED website; and she co-hosts the So You Wanna Be An Ally podcast with her HBCU-roomie.

Olanike holds degrees in Business Management (Bachelors) and Nonprofit Management (Masters), along with two executive certificates in Change Management and Change Leadership from Cornell University, and additional coursework in Executive Leadership and High-Performance Leadership.

Olanike activates her deep passion for equity and talent development through various boards, councils, and committees of non-profit organizations, schools, and corporations. When not obsessing over equity and liberation for historically and predictably marginalized people across the globe, she spends time with her family and shih-poo (dog), on tennis courts, and with a handful of frivolous television shows!

Haley Beaupre
Co-Consultant | Data Analyst

Haley is an analytical thinker who also values creativity in solving problems using data. She’s been the go-to person for data analysis or spreadsheet tips & tricks throughout her professional career (with over a decade in the financial industry) and does her best work when she fully understands and believes in the end goals of the project. She believes that the best data analysis can be understood by all and is translatable into meaningful actions for the organization and its people, and that while numbers might help you understand your story, they will never be the whole story. When she’s not at her computer, you can find Haley on her local singletrack trails.

Sandrine Dupiton

Sandrine is an educator, facilitator, non profit manager and leader with a unique style cultivated over 15 years of experience that borrows skills from her work as a playwright, artist and spiritual life coach to illuminate strategic new insights and perceptions leading to positive transformation that energize teams and individuals. Her strategic and creative solution orientation comes with a talent for asking hard and spacious questions that illuminate what is most needed and necessary for discerning truth to garner forward progress.

Sandrine’s interest in identity and personal development is informed by older systems and technologies - from Eastern and Western Astrology, the Enneagram, Quaker Clearness Committees and others to more modern frameworks - neuroscience (Polyvagal Theory), NonViolent Communication, and Healing Centered Engagement among others - give her the depth and agility to see through the inner workings of issues to discover what is blocking individuals, organizations and groups from experiencing their collective genius. As a lover of harmonies, beauty and creative precision, she is an avid music collector, promising interior designer and holds a note, paint brush or catches a basketball game any chance she gets.

She is an Agile Project Manager at heart who revels in strategizing creative solutions to problems and seamless conflict resolution. Her passion for diversity and inclusion work stems from her vast nonprofit board experience, as well as her own multi-cultural family values.

Thomas Garvin

Thomas Garvin, better known as Tommy Allgood, is a Registered Nurse and Organizational Development Consultant based in Charlotte, NC. They/he have a passion for helping individuals to develop practices interrogating their roadblocks and mental obstacles to figure out the best way to develop resilience in the face of adversity and resistance. Tommy works with organizations to create cultures that are people-centered and compassion oriented, breaking down what it means to be in authentic service to communities. Tommy's current work includes advancing holistic modalities in organizations and with individuals, educating and transforming organizations visions rooted in principles of diversity, inclusion, equity, and anti-racism principles, individual discovery utilizing the holistic self (mind, body, spirit connection), and sharing knowledge based with organizations so that they foster healthy people and healthy environments.

Amanda Gulino

Amanda is passionate about coaching leaders to achieve their fullest potential and is an expert in building healthy, thriving teams. She also works with companies to build equity-centered talent and organizational culture initiatives that work for everyone. Clients have described Amanda as a kind, yet honest truth-teller who inspires people to take steps toward achieving their goals.

Amanda's insights have been featured in Fast Company, Glassdoor, FabFitFun, and Thrive Global.

Amanda lives in Denver with her partner Lizzie and two rescue dogs. Outside of work, you can find her running, spending time outdoors, learning to garden, and reading.

Nakia Perry

Nakia is a Higher Education professional that believes in advocating and creating space for those from all backgrounds in and out of the workplace. She has led numerous workshops and facilitated multiple discussions pertaining to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Nakia currently sits on numerous committees to make her current institution more inclusive and has challenged and changed policies and practices to make them equitable.

Nakia's passion for EDI work stems from having a black son and husband, she wants to make the world an accepting and safe place for them by educating others on biases and prejudices rather they be implicit or not, and by advocating to fight systematic racism. Aside from her professional life, Nakia is full of energy, spunky, and outgoing. She considers herself a foodie and loves to read and watch all shows relating to crime.

Nikki is a certified Coach, Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0/360 and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified practitioner, Certified Civil Treatment-Diversity and Inclusion for domestic and international delivery. Nikki prides herself on empowering others to succeed by providing the necessary training, expertise and guidance needed to meet and often exceed their goals.

Across non-profits, government agencies, and multinational firms, Ben has co-created authentic spaces where the conversation not being had is found, celebrated, and used to strategically shape more equitable, inclusive futures. He is passionate about inviting others into the empowering work of social justice and joyfully blows off steam in the icy waters of open water swimming in his down time.

Though a California native, Jessica has lived as a global citizen and has proudly called Mexico, parts of Europe, and Morocco home. Her feet are currently in the Bay Area with her husband and daughter.
