Mosaic Advisory Cohort

 

What’s a Mosaic Advisory Cohort?

These will be intimate groups of up to 8 people who will meet weekly for six weeks. We will dive into topics like what drives belonging and engagement at work, what to embed into your equity strategy, how to respond to bias-related incidents and more!

What will I get from participating?

You can expect to:

  • explore effective frameworks and tools to apply equity and inclusion practices at work

  • work through the challenges in real-time

  • explore how to respond when things go wrong

  • learn key drivers to building equity

  • join and contribute to a caring community

What happens each week?

You’ll receive a micro-webinar video covering a relevant subject for your cohort. You’ll also join a 90-minute live session where:

  1. we’ll recap and discuss the video topic(s)

  2. I’ll provide guidance for the questions and challenges you bring

  3. you’ll meet up with your accountability buddy - a participant you’ll be paired with to distill takeaways from each session

What else will I get?

You’ll also receive a complimentary 30-minute 1-on-1 advisory call with me and online access to my proprietary workshop, The ABCs of DEI.

How much does this cost?
